Shanthi Gears jumped 5.94 per cent to Rs 70.00 after posting a 5.37 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 11.89 crore on a 7.22 per cent increase in total income to Rs 67.80 crore in Q4FY08 over Q4FY07.
