Steel prices remain steady

Steady conditions prevailed in the local steel and iron market today in the absence of worthwhile activity amid tight funds position. Steel prices settled around previous levels after moving in a narrow range.

Market analysts said restricted buying against adequate stocks mainly kept steel prices unaltered.
