Sugar ends steady on some support

Wholesale sugar prices remained steady in the national capital today as prices settled at overnight levels after moving in thin trade on alternate bouts of trading.

Market analysts said small buying support and adequate position of stocks mainly kept the prices on previous levels.

Sugar ready M-30 2,880-2,980 and S-30 2,850-2,970. Mill delivery M-30 2,680-2,870 and S-30 2,655-2,845.
