Sugar price end quiet on little doing

The wholesale sugar prices ended on a quiet note in the national capital today as prices settled at last levels after moving both ways on little bouts of buying and selling.  

Market analysts said adequate stocks position as compared to ongoing demand mainly held prices unmoved. 

Following were today's quotation in Rs per quintal. 

Sugar ready M-30 2,910-3,000 and S-30 2,880-2,985
Mill delivery M-30 2,700-2,890 and S-30 2,680-2,865

Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Kinonni 2,860, Asmoli 2,850, Mawana 2,775, Titabi 2,780, Thanabhavan 2,680, Budhana 2675 and Dorala 2,775
