Shares of TRF were down over 2% at Rs 121 after the company's loss increased nearly 300% during the December quarter.
The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 17.44 crore for the third quarter ended December 2013 compared with net loss of Rs 4.22 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
Consolidated total income from operations in the third quarter was 21.6% lower at Rs 236.89 crore compared with the same quarter last fiscal.
Over 48,000 shares were traded so far on both the stock exchanges.
