Amy Winehouse's ex-flame feels singer's biopic is 'wasted opportunity'

Amy Winehouse's fiance Reg Traviss feels that the documentary made on the late singer is a "wasted opportunity".

The late American singer's former flame has slammed the biopic by describing it as "lazy" and "cheap" while insisting that it wasn't a valid representation of her life, the Mirror reported.

The filmmaker lashed out saying that the biopic could have been so great but the makers just constructed a narrative that they thought would be engaging for their viewers.

Traviss added that he was concerned about the way Winehouse was portrayed in the documentary.
