Arthur's 4 million dollar claim against CA case of 'sour grapes', says Warne

Former Australian spinner Shane Warne has said that sacked coach Mickey Arthur's attempt to sue Cricket Australia for 4 million dollars is a case of 'sour grapes'.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Warne said Arthur should be very graceful for getting the opportunity to coach Australia in the first place, adding that the coach had done his best but the recent claim did not sound well to him.

Warne said that he was one of the harshest critics of Cricket Australia but it was sad that Arthur wanted money out of the body after it appointed Lehmann as head coach.

The report said that Australia's agony at narrowly missing out on an opening Ashes Test triumph has been quickly overshadowed by fresh off-the-field matters.
