David Beckham has posted a cheerful snap of wife, Victoria - who despite having an awesome life always appears to be in a foul mood - on Facebook.

The photo shows the designer having a good laugh, Us magazine reported.

The 38-year-old footballer captioned the pic as: "See I told you she smiles.
