Former Arsenal striker Dennis Bergkamp has revealed that it is his ambition to return to the club as a member of their coaching staff.
According to the BBC, the Ajax assistant manager, 44, played for the Gunners for 11 years between 1995 and 2006.
The former Netherlands international, who won 79 caps, was signed by then Gunners boss Bruce Rioch from Inter Milan in 1995 for 2.5 million pounds.
He said that he wanted to educate the younger players, to be part of the coaching staff and make players better.
Under Arsene Wenger, who took over that summer, the Dutchman helped the north Londoners win three league titles and four FA Cups, the report said.
Bergkamp said that Ajax was where he was born and raised with, but he was also with Arsenal for 11 years, adding that these were the two teams that stick in his mind and he always likes to watch Arsenal play, as they were part of him.
