British delegation meets Prakash Javadekar to discuss environmental issues

A delegation led by Edward Jonathon Davey, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, United Kingdom, met Union Minister for Environment, Forests and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar today.

"It was a constructive meeting, was very impressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's writings on climate change," said Davey.

Earlier today, Davy had met Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan.

Both sides discussed the issue of enhancing the cooperation between the two countries in the Energy sector.
