"I am very excited for April as I have a mini-series that is coming out on ShowTime-Sky Atlantic. I am not sure in which channel will be in India. But I am super excited for it as it is very topical," she told media here at an event.
Reportedly, Freida has joined Idris Elba in the cast of the Showtime-Sky miniseries 'Guerrilla,' which will be written and directed by Oscar-winning screenwriter John Ridley.
A report on Variety says that the six-part drama centers on a couple, Jas and Marcus, whose "passion propels them into making the leap from political activism to radical militancy," Sky said in a statement.
When asked on her thoughts on doing a Bollywood film, the 'Slumdog Millionaire' star said, "When Bollywood has to happen, it will happen and you will again interview me then.
