George Clooney is just a friend, says Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria took to Twitter to deny that she is dating fellow actor George Clooney, after rumors emerged that the American actor had been pursuing the 'Desperate Housewives' star while he was still dating Stacy Keibler.

Longoria, who has been friends with Clooney for years, wrote on her account that as interesting as the rumours are, they aren't true, the Daily Express reported.

The Hollywood actor ended his two-year romance with Keibler in June.
