Has Radhika Apte been roped in as leading lady for Rajinikant's next?

Indian actress Radhika Apte, who has worked in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam films, is reportedly been considered for superstar Rajinikanth's yet-untitled film.

If sources are to be believed, the 29-year-old actress has been approached to play the leading lady, but nothing has been finalised yet.

The movie will go on floors in Malaysia in August and will be helmed by Pa. Ranjith and will reportedly feature Rajinikanth in the role of a gangster.
