Here's how Khloe K lost oodles of weight

Khloe Kardashian recently spilled the beans on her weight loss and said that she had to train herself to drink more water.
The American reality star told People Magazine that she had to drink like 5 liters of water a day.
The 30-year-old actress continued that she work out almost every day and goes to a trainer five days a week, and does cardio on the weekends.
Kardashian added that she ate whatever she wanted to but in portion control, which she never knew before and it was really hard as one has to train their body to eat less.
