J-K: Major Dhaiya leading Handwara encounter killed

Major S. Dhaiya, who was leading the Handwara operation succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday.

As many as three militants were killed in Handwara encounter.

At least one security personnel was also injured in the encounter that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Handwara.
