While Seth Rogen blasted the 19-year-old singer, he received encouragement from Lady Gaga, who asked fans to offer their backing to Bieber, Sky News reported.
Scooter Braun, Bieber's manager also expressed his backing for the 'Baby' hitmaker.
On Twitter, where Bieber has 50 million followers, the hashtag saying "WeWillAlwaysSupportYouJustin" was trending worldwide.
