Karunanidhi admitted to hospital for optimisation of nutrition, hydration

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president and former Tamil Nadu chief minister K. Karunanidhi has been admitted for optimisation of nutrition and hydration to Kauvery Hospital, Alwarpet, Chennai.
He is stable and being treated by a team of doctors, said a statement issued by Kauvery Hospital Executive Director Dr. Aravindan Selvaraj.
Karunanidhi was reportedly down with allergy-related ailment for over a month.
DMK sources said he has been hospitalised for a few tests, and will be back home in a few days.
