Katie Holmes has confirmed that she's not dating Jason Segal.

The 35-year-old brunette beauty's rep, Leslie Sloane, told Us Magazine that the rumours are completely untrue, and the mother-of-one hasn't spoken to the 'How I Met Your Mother' star since her appearance on the show.

It was recently reported by OK Magazine that the 34-year-old actor and Tom Cruise's former wife had been casually seeing each other ever since she appeared in a guest-starring role on the show back in 2011.
