'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil' stars come to New Delhi

ANI  |  New Delhi

The star cast of the upcoming romantic film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth were recently spotted interacting with the media to promote the film in New Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Jain spoke about his character and said...

"My role's name is Dino; he is someone who loves thrill, adventure full of energy and full of life. He is someone who does things without really thinking about it. He does thing and then things about it or probably doesn't even think. So I think the crust of the character is that at some point in time we have always done things without thinking and often it can be a problem, you can make lot of mistakes. So just that carefree attitude, that energy is something I use to have when I was 17 so playing this character just took me back to when I was 17 years. So yeah it's just a lively character."

Deeksha said her transition from Telugu to Bollywood has been very pleasant.

"Actually, I never planned that I will shift from Telugu to Bollywood. Now when I am working in Bollywood, and obviously Hindi is my mother tongue, so there is that ease which the language brings in. But I never thought of it so, the transition has been very nice and also the production of this film be it illuminati or Arif Sir, they have always treated both me and Armaan as kids. Because they were very aware that we are launching newcomers so they should not have any problems. We were put into classes, script readings. So the way they molded us, so it has been very nice and a very pleasant journey," said Sethi.

Directed by Arif Ali the film is scheduled for a 4th July release.
