Australian swashbuckling all-rounder Glenn Maxwell believes that bluffing forms an integral part of his success as a spin bowler, saying that he hopes to continue performing well for his team during the World Cup, which starts on Saturday.
Maxwell has been in a superb form as he claimed four wickets and smashed 95 to guide Australia to win the Tri-series final against England in Perth, and followed that up with hitting a brisk 122 off just 57 balls in their first warm-up match against India.
Reflecting on his spin-bowling, Maxwell said that he had done bluffing with his bowling beautifully, News.com.au reported.
Maxwell further said that he didn't think he was Shane Warne but he still seem to take wickets at some stages which was an absolute miracle to him, the report added.
Australia will open their World Cup campaign against England on February 14 in Melbourne.
