Mel Gibson walked out of the court victorious after being allowed to take his daughter Lucia to Australia for one month.

The 59-year-old actor went to court after he and his former wife Oksana Grigorieva were at loggerheads over whether the five-year-old could go to Australia with the 'Mad Max' star or not, reported TMZ.com.

Sources reveal that the 45-year-old European singer is working to become a better co-parent with her husband.
