Murray, Berdych cruises into fourth round of Oz Open

Britain number one Andy Murray brushed aside his Portuguese opponent Joao Sousa in straight sets to stroll into the fourth round of the Australian Open in Melbourne.

The three-time finalist thrashed Sousa 6-1, 6-1, 7-5 to advance to the next round of the first grand slam of the year.

Moreover, seventh-seeded Tomas Berdych required one hour and 51 minutes to secure a 6-4, 6-3, 6-4 victory over his Serbian opponent Viktor Troicki to progress to the next round.
