Narendra Modi congratulates new Lankan PM

Wickremesinghe was sworn in as Sri Lanka's Prime Minister for the fourth time following his party's victory in August 17 parliamentary polls.

Wickremesinghe was sworn in at an impressive ceremony in Colombo this morning.

He was administered oath of office by President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
