Obama on Cosby: Drugs and having sex without consent is 'rape'

US President Barack Obama was recently asked about the allegations surrounding comedian Bill Cosby where he said that taking drugs and having sex without consent is rape.
The 53-year-old President continued that according to him this country, any civilized country, should have no tolerance for rape, TMZ.com reported.
When asked about whether the POTUS would 2002's Cosby's Presidential Medal of Freedom, he said there was no precedent for that and there is no mechanism.
