Parents dress up kids as 'blacked up' Mario Balotelli and his ex for carnival

Unknown parents recently dressed up their children as Mario Balotelli and his former partner Rafaella Fico during Napoli's carnival festivities.

The children, who are no older than seven, are pictured standing side by side and the young girl clutches a toy baby, which is meant to represent the couple's daughter, the Daily Star reported.

The boy is dressed in a replica AC Milan kit, which is the Italian striker's current club, and is seen covered in black face paint.
