PM Modi extends greetings on Bihar Diwas

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Bihar on the occasion of Bihar Diwas.

Prime Minister Modi took to twitter to extend his wishes.

"On Bihar Diwas, my heartfelt greetings to the people of Bihar," he said.

Bihar Diwas or Bihar Day marks the formation of the state of Bihar and is observed every year on March 22. It was on this day when the British carved out the state from Bengal Presidency in 1912.
