President Mukherjee extends Ram Navami greetings

President Pranab Mukherjee on Friday extended his greetings and good wishes to the people of the country on the occasion of Ram Navami.

"On the joyous occasion of Ram Navami, I extend greetings and good wishes to all fellow citizens.

May the example of Rama as Maryada Purushottam inspire us to achieve nobility in thought, word and deed. May the venerable Lord instill in our people just and righteous conduct in the face of trials and tribulations," he said.
