The Boltons located flat consisted of Downton Abbey-style 560sq ft drawing room with high ceilings, grand fireplace, bay window, but the direct access to it's stunning open space was the actual attraction and made it ideal for a dog or cat owner, Daily Express reported.

The 1,161sq ft raised ground floor home also included bigger than average bedroom, galley kitchen, a luxury bathroom, a separate toilet.

Russell Simpson, estate agent believed that it was justified for asking this much price to buy a sizeable country home with huge garden square in the Cotswolds.
