Two cops were shot down today in the wee hours by unidentified miscreants, while they were patrolling at 60 foota road in Firozabad.
Inspector General SK Gupta said in a statement that, "three teams have been deployed for a strict investigation, which will be supervised by area officer and the guilty will be nabbed at the earliest."
He further added that due to lack in diligence, a sub-inspector from Thana Ramgarh has been suspended but the post mortem report is yet to come, so the further investigation will be done after it comes.
