Maxime Marin's baby girl, whose name has yet to be released, weighed in at 13lb 3oz that is almost twice the size of the average newborn girl, the Mirror reported.
The 40-year-old Brit expat became the first woman in Spain to give birth naturally to a baby, whose weight has exceeded 8lb 13oz.
The mum-daughter duo are said to be doing well.
Earlier, a baby named Jasleen, weighing an incredible 13.47 pounds and measuring 22.6 inches, was born in Germany last Friday at University Hospital in Leipzig without C-section.
