Mercedes-Benz B-Class diesel launched for Rs 22.6lakhs

Mercedes-Benz India has launched the B-Class at Rs 22.6lakhs (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The B180 CDI gets a 2.2-litre Diesel engine that produces 107bhp and 250bhp of torque. This engine comes mates to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission.

The B180CDI will be available in 4 colours and will miss out on features like sun-roof, parking camera, sat nav and certain other features that come on the B-Class petrol. This makes it cheaper than the petrol.

It still gets 7 airbags, ABS, EBD and ASR. The Audio 20 CD player, 14.7cm screen. This vehicle returns a fuel efficiency of 18.98km/l and it has a top speed of 190km/hr. It gets bi-xenon headlamps and even paddle shifts are standard. To know more about the B-Class diesel, read our review.
