Aarya Global Shares and Securities to hold board meeting

Aarya Global Shares and Securities announced that its board meeting will be held on 10 February 2014 to consider consolidation of face value of equity shares of the company from Re 1 to Rs 10 under Section 16 & 94 of the Companies Act, 1956 and consequential alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association subject to necessary approval of the shareholders, for increase in authorized capital from Rs 12.50 lakhs to 13.00 lakhs and preferential allotment of equity shares to the promoters of the company.
