AAVAS Financiers allots 5,282 equity shares under ESOP

AAVAS Financiers has allotted 5,282 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 25 November 2020 under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 78,38,40,650 consisting of 7,83,84,065 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 78,38,93,470 consisting of 7,83,89,347 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
