Adani Green approves issue of shares to IHC Capital Holding LLC for Rs 3850 cr

The Board of Adani Green at its meeting held on 08 April 2022 has approved the issuance of 20,018,198 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to IHC Capital Holding LLC incorporated under the laws of Abu Dhabi, UAE or to a subsidiary or an affiliated special purpose vehicle of IHC Capital Holding LLC on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 1923.25 per equity share aggregating to Rs 3850 crore.
