Adinath Textiles discharged from purview of SICA

Vide order dated 19 October 2015

Adinath Textiles announced that the said Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction vide its order dated 19 October 2015 has discharged the Company from the purview of SICA (The Sick Industrial Companies Act, 1985), which has been received by the Company on 28 October 2015.
