Advanced Enzyme Technologies acquires 70% stake in JC Biotech

Advanced Enzyme Technologies announced that the Company on 28 October 2016, has given in-principle approval to sign a definitive agreement to acquire 1,43,10,000 equity shares at Rs. 35 per share of JC Biotech, aggregating to Rs.50,08,50,000 and constituting 70% of the Paid-Up share capital of the JC Biotech.
