With effect from 11 June 2015

Ashapura Intimates Fashion announced Sonali Gaikwad, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from her post from 11 June 2015 from the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the resignation subject to acceptance by the Board of Director in the ensuing Board Meeting.
