With effect from 20 June 2018
Asian Oilfield Services announced the resignation of Shweta Jain from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company due to her moving out of India for personal reasons, with effect from close of business hours on 20 June, 2018.Rohit Agarwal, Whole-time Director of the Company shall act as the Compliance Officer till the appointment of the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
