Asian Paints consolidated net profit declines 0.20% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 20.61% to Rs 7889.94 crore

Net profit of Asian Paints declined 0.20% to Rs 850.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 852.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 20.61% to Rs 7889.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 6541.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit declined 3.46% to Rs 3030.57 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 3139.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 34.62% to Rs 28923.48 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 21485.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
