Asian Tea & Exports to hold board meeting

Asian Tea & Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 December 2014, to consider raising of funds through various means like issue of Equity Shares / Warrants of the Company on preferential / private placement basis, and to fix calendar of events w.r.t postal ballot/e-voting compliance for obtaining the consent of shareholders for Preferential issue of shares/warrants.
