Astec Lifesciences consolidated net profit declines 23.16% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales decline 4.79% to Rs 171.92 crore

Net profit of Astec Lifesciences declined 23.16% to Rs 23.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 31.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 4.79% to Rs 171.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 180.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 36.92% to Rs 65.05 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 47.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 6.17% to Rs 554.87 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 522.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
