Authum Investment & Infrastructure allots 46.11 lakh equity shares under rights issue

On 23 March 2021

Authum Investment & Infrastructure has allotted 46,11,236 equity shares at a price of Rs. 81 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 71 per equity share) under rights issue.

Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 11,52,80,900 to Rs. 16,13,93,260 and the total paid up capital (equity and preference) is increased to Rs. 58,03,93,260.
