From Hyderabad, Telangana State to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Avanti Feeds announced that the proposal of the Company to shift the Registered Office from Hyderabad, Telangana State to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh was approved by the members by way of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot.The altered provisions of the Memorandum of Association of the Company with respect to the place of Registered Office have been confirmed by an Order of Regional Director, South East Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Hyderabad vide Order dated 30 October 2014. The said Order of the Regional Director was registered by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on 05 December 2014.
In view of the above, the Registered Office of the Company is shifted from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. The Corporate Office of the Company is located at Hyderabad.
The change of (i) Corporate identity number and (ii) Registered Office the Company and (iii) location of Corporate Office at Hyderabad as under :
(i) Registered Office: Avanti Feeds Limited, House No.3, Plot No.3, Baymount, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam - 530045, Andhra Pradesh.
(ii) Corporate Identity No.: L16001AP1993PLC095778 (iii) Corporate Office : Avanti Feeds Limited, G-2, Concorde Apartments, 6-3-658, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 500 082.
