AVT Natural Products announces change in promoter shareholding

AVT Natural Products announced that Ashwin Thomas, son of Ajit Thomas, the Promoter of the Company has got 20,000 equity shares (face value of Re. 1 each) by way of transmission of Shares.

After registration of the Transmission, Ashwin Thomas's Shareholding will be clubbed with the Promoter Group Shareholding and Shown as such in the Shareholding Pattern of the Company.

The total Promoter shareholding post, the transmission, will be within the maximum limit prescribed.
