Axis Bank allots 2,850 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 02.07.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,58,81,372 (256,79,40,686 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,87,072 (256,79,43,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
