Axis Bank allots 45,785 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 45,785 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 4 January 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,29,30,164 (306,14,65,082 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 612,30,21,734 (306,15,10,867 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
