Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 5,40,456 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 17 November 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,18,50,740 (236,09,25,370 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,29,31,652 (2,36,14,65,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
