Bajaj Finance allots converible warrants to Bajaj Finserv

Bajaj Finance announced that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended, the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 June 2015, has allotted 9,25,000 warrants to the promoter, Bajaj Finserv, on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 4412/- per warrant which are convertible into equal number of equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.
