Bajaj Hindusthan announced that in accordance with the fresh "Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of Name" dated 30 January 2015 issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, the name of the Company stands changed to:-BAJAJ HINDUSTHAN SUGAR
with effect from 30 January 2015.
