Bank of Baroda to raise funds aggregating Rs 1000 crore

By issue of BASEL III compliant AT-1 Bonds

Bank of Baroda announced that it has decided to raise funds by way of private placement of BASEL III compliant AT-1 Bonds of Rs.1000 crore for augmenting Tier - 1 capital of the Bank.
